Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
2. In a pan with an oil tablespoon, brown the courgettes previously cut into chunks. Continue until crispy and add salt.
3. When the courgettes are still hot, add the Philadelphia cheese until you get a smooth cream.
4. Add the chopped salmon to the cream and mix everything together.
5. Roll out the pie crust in the pan and pour the cream obtained into it.
6. Add 3 teaspoons of black truffle cream to the surface and sprinkle it across the width of the savory pie.
7. Bake it at 180 ° in a convection oven for about 25/30 minutes. That´s all: enjoy it!
