Recently new in the Sicilian EVO oil landscape, Vardaro has launched a unique product of limited local production which is 100% Sicilian and made according to local tradition. Its production is the result of a unique processing method: it is obtained from the milling of Vardaro’s own olives, within 12 hours of harvesting with mechanical procedures and cold processing. From this process faithful to tradition, they extract a well-balanced oil with a round flavor, capable of completing and enhancing any course.
