We suggest a new version of the traditional Risotto to fall in love!!!!

Risotto is one of the most known and loved Italian first courses all over the world, but this recipe includes one of the typical Sardinian products: the cream of Sardinian spiny artichokes, with bottarga and white truffle. 

This recipe is really easy to prepare and it has its traditional sardinian ingredients that give a unique and distinguished flavour to your plate!!

Steps to prepare this delicious dish:

  1. First, prepare the vegetable broth and bring it to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, in an earthenware pan, pour a glass of olive oil, and sauté a generous amount of chopped garlic and onion.
  3. Add the rice, brown it slightly, pour a glass of dry white wine, let it evaporate completely and add, little by little, some vegetable broth.
  4. When almost cooked, remove the pan from the heat and incorporate, stirring vigorously, four tablespoons of artichoke cream, bottarga and white.
