  • Instantly recognisable for its tall, domed shape, Panettone is the typical Italian Christmas dessert. Popular worldwide, it’s usually pinpointed for its two main associations: with Christmas and with Italy.
  • From a recipe born in Canicatti, Ciàuru is a combination of harmonious tastes and sensations that will surprise you, soft in texture, sweet in taste and strong in perfume thanks to its liqueur soul; can be fully considered as a Sicilian interpretation of panettone, even if it is consumed all year round and not just at Christmas.
  • In Sicilian dialect, the word Ciàuru indicates an extremely pleasant smell; indeed, Ciàuru Panettone is rich in cubes of orange and natural candied lemons and sultanas macerated for many days in Sicilian citrus liqueur, resulting in a delicious citrus scent of Sicily.
