- Marinara natural ready sauce, made by ItalianaVera. Marinara is a natural, simple and tasty sauce. Made with the best tomatoes from Campania and the addition of wild oregano that give the product a strong and decisive taste. For this Marinara is ideal to enjoy a good pizza or to dress a good dish of pasta with a simple flavour that enhances the dough. Also excellent for seasoning meat as a second course.
- BioPizza Soft Wheat, made by Antico Molino Rosso, is an instant-rising organic pizza blend with Tipo 0 Soft Wheat flour, corn starch, cream of tartar (potassium bitartrate) and baking soda. Contains gluten. It may contain traces of soy
- “Aurum” extra virgin olive oil, made by Frantoio Scalia, is an intense fruity extra virgin olive oil with a strong flavor. Obtained from Sicilian blends that give a perfect balance between bitter and spicy, as well as olfactory-gustatory characteristics typical of the Sicilian territory. It is produced in October from green olives cultivar Cerasuola and Nocellara dell’Etna, hand-picked and pressed on the same day with cold extraction. Ideal raw, it lends itself to giving an extra touch to pizza and bruschetta. On the nose, aromas of fresh grass, artichoke, green tomato and sporadically hints of aromatic plants prevail.
