A selection of typical Apulian pastas:

This set contains a selection of 3 typical Apulian pastas, perfect to embrace any sauce, enhancing each dish in a divine way.
All pastas in the pack are made with 100% Apulian Durum Wheat Flour, from grains with a high protein content, grown on more than 500 hectares of the Serracapriola countryside in Puglia, where the mild climate between sea and mountains and the Mediterranean sun allow you to respect the natural ripeness of the year. This allows to obtain a semolina of the highest quality to make a pasta free of toxins (glycophate, cadmium and don). All the formats produced are bronze drawn.

The pack includes:

  • Spaghetti” with an unusual diameter, much larger than the classic spaghetti: a formidable flavor and an unforgettable firmness, concentrated in the thickness of this pasta.
  • Spaghetti alla Chitarra characterized by a formidable firmness in cooking, as well as by its legendary verve, they are a true classic of great Italian cuisine: trustworthy, comfortable, graceful in size and decisive in flavor.
  • Linguine” they reveal the texture of Vallillo semolina; this pasta has a perfect shape for creating a seductive combination between its thick texture and all those sauces with a delicate taste.

  • Pasta: once the package has been opened, it can be closed with a clothes peg and stored in the pantry, store in a cool and dry place, away from legumes and rice. To be consumed preferably by the expiry date that is indicated in the package.
