DESCRIPTION

The box of 3 x 100 ml. EVO oil contains:

  • 1 x 100ml Peranzana EVO oil: green gold tone; the olfactory range is mainly fruity and vegetal, with delicate notes of apple, banana, fresh almond, freshly cut grass, boiled pepper and a touch of fragrant hay; in the mouth it recalls the fruity pattern of the nose; initial slightly fatty start, then a strong spicy sensation, accompanied by a nice bitter touch, gives balance and removes the idea of fatness. 
  • 1 x 100ml Provenzale EVO oil: golden yellow with green reflections; intense on the nose with fragrant vegetal notes of celery, tomato leaf and apple, with hints of walnut and almond; vegetable complaints return to taste, and then open to notes of aubergine and rocket.
  • 1 x 100ml Peranzana & Provenzale blend EVO oil: ideal with fish and meat tartare, legume soups, bruschetta, pizza, fresh cheeses (burrata, mozzarella, ricotta, stracciatella), grilled meat and fish, grilled vegetables.

The fruits are processed in our own oil mill in state-of-the-art continuous cycle plants, from which an oil with very low acidity and extraordinary organoleptic characteristics is derived.
It is therefore a 100% Italian product, obtained exclusively from olives from the Foggia area.
